Gross violation of the normal and peaceful course of the rally (VIDEO)

Gross violation of the normal and peaceful course of the rally (VIDEO)

On Tuesday, April 17, at 1 pm, some participants of the meeting, led by Nikol Pashinyan, during the blockage of government buildings, state agencies and other departments, damaged the wheels of cars of citizens and public servants with cutting and piercing objects and picked the plates off the cars.
This fact is a clear evidence that some protesters carry cutting and piercing objects, which clearly contradicts the public assurances of the meeting organizers that the meeting is peaceful and is conducted without violence and other offenses.
Moreover, the received objective data testify that these actions occur in the public eye of the meeting organizers.
If the statements made by the organizers are sincere, then this situation has a clear legal regulation and the organizer of the meeting in accordance with the RA law "On Freedom of Assemblies" has the right to ask the police officers to remove from the venue of the rally those persons who grossly violate the normal and peaceful course of the mass meeting, while the Police did not receive such reports from the organizer.
Police are taking measures to clarify the identities of these offenders.
