Deputy Police Chief receives the delegation of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission

On Friday, March 3, Deputy Head of Police, Police Major General Samvel Hovannisyan received the delegation led by Davor Corluka, expert of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission.
Welcoming the members of the delegation, Mr. Hovhannisyan spoke about the role of Police, its tasks and functions during the upcoming elections to the National Assembly and paid the guests' attention to the "Guidelines for police actions during the elections".
Expressing his gratitude for the warm reception, Davor Chorluka presented the composition and functions of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission.
The two sides agreed on conducting close cooperation during the upcoming elections to the National Assembly.
The meeting agenda also included other issues of mutual interest.
