As a result of explanatory work carried out by the Shirak Regional Department of the Criminal Police and the Mushi Division of the Community Police, on September 9, at 12:00 p.m., a 29-year-old resident of Gyumri voluntarily reported to the Mushi Division.
Since July 26 of this year, he had been wanted on charges of hooliganism, illegal possession of a weapon, and inflicting physical harm, with arrest selected as the measure of restraint.
