As a result of operational and intelligence measures undertaken by the officers of the Yerevan City Department of the Criminal Police and Arabkir Division of the Community Police, a 50-year-old man without a registered address was located on Komitas Avenue in Yerevan on July 27 and taken to the Yerevan City Department of the Criminal Police.
He had been wanted on theft charges since April 23. Arrest was selected as a measure of restraint.
