US fugitive detected at Passport and Visa Department

On Wednesday, September 8, 32-year-old Rafael G. was detected detained at the Passport and Visa Department of the RA Police and detained by Criminal Investigation Officers of Davitashen Branch of the RA Police. The man had been wanted by US law enforcement officers since May 3.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
