From October 2, 2020, 2:00 pm, mobile checkpoints will be installed on the border section of the M-12 interstate highway.
At the same time, the exit of vehicles from the Republic of Armenia to Artsakh will be prohibited, except for the transportation of the Defense Army for the needs of the Artsakh government, as well as in certain cases on the basis of a permit issued by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
In particular:
High-ranking officials defined by point 1 of Article 10 of the RA Law “On State Protocol”.
Staff of the RA Ministry of Defense and vehicles;
Staff of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations and vehicles;
RA Ministry of Health;
RA Police;
RA National Security Service;
Representatives of the Artsakh government and vehicles.
In case of state agencies, with the permission of the Prime Minister's Office, in case of natural and legal persons, with the permission of the RA Police.
