According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 72 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from February 25 to February 26, 3 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 19 cases of personal theft, 13 cases of fraud, 10 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 6 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, 5 cases of death threats, 3 cases of abuse of power, 2 cases of seizure of weapons and ammunition, drug detection and cruelty to animals, 1 case of burglary, cybercrime, illegal tree felling, official fraud or official negligence, sexual intercourse with a minor, hindrance to the activities of a lawyer or a notary or the threat against them in connection with the exercise of their powers, forgery, sale or use of forged documents, stamps, seals, letterheads, vehicle license plates.
1 missing person has been located, 2 wanted persons have been found, another one turned himself in to the Police, 4 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case personal theft, hooliganism and false report of an act of terrorism have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 13 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 16 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
