According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 62 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 21 to July 22, 2 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 14 cases of causing bodily harm, 7 cases of squandering or embezzlement and abuse of official powers, 6 cases of theft of personal property, 5 cases of fraud, 3 cases of seizure of weapons and ammunition and smuggling of narcotic drugs, 2 cases of official forgery or official negligence, 1 case of rape, detection of narcotic drugs, illegal felling of trees, arbitrariness, failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel, illegal sowing or growing prohibited plants containing narcotic drugs, violation of the rules for the release of psychotropic substances, illegal payment to a public servant who is not an official, money laundering and purchase of a child for the purpose of custody of him or sale of a child for the purpose of transferring it to the person who took custody of the child.
2 missing persons have been located, 1 wanted person has been detected, 2 others turned themselves in to the Police.
4 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of theft of personal property has been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 10 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 24 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
