Crime news report for the period from 14 to 17 February 2020

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 127 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from February 14 to February 17, 6 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 30 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 22 cases of personal theft, 16 cases of fraud, 10 cases of battery, 8 cases of drug detection, 7 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, 5 cases of abuse of authority, 3 cases of seizure of weapons and ammunition, 2 cases of bribery and trafficking in drugs, 1 case of theft of state and public property, extortion, illegal and false entrepreneurial activity, tax evasion, hooliganism, cybercrime, official forgery a or official negligence, arbitrariness, forgery of documents, animal cruelty, fraudulent evasion by parents of child support obligations, violation of the rules related to the transportation of psychotropic substances, torture, carrying cold weapon, Outrageous treatment of burial places, unauthorized occupation of state or public land, as well as failure to take statutory measures to suspend or prevent unauthorized construction of buildings or other structures.
2 missing persons have been located, 6 wanted persons have been found, 6 others turned themselves in to the Police, 4 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 6 cases of personal theft have been solved.
Over the past 3 days, 34 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 49 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
