According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 144 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from March 6 to March 9, 10 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 37 cases of personal theft, 22 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 17 cases of fraud, 11 cases of battery, 9 cases of drug detection, 5 cases of domestic violence, 4 cases of drug trafficking, 3 cases of burglary, misappropriation or embezzlement, hooliganism and illegal tree felling, 2 cases of intentional damage to property and abuse of authority, 1 case of murder, attempted murder, robbery, hijacking of a vehicle, tax evasion, counterfeiting, cybercrime, bribery, threat to murder, detection of cold weapon, sexual intercourse with a minor, infecting with venereal or other sexually transmitted diseases and abuse of office by employees of commercial or other organizations.
2 missing persons have been located, 8 wanted persons have been found, 4 others turned themselves in to the Police.
From earlier committed crimes 9 cases of personal theft and 1 case of banditry have been solved.
Over the past 3 days, 30 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 3 persons died, 51 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
