According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 76 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 5 to August 6, 5 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 15 cases of theft of personal property, 13 cases of illegal cultivation of prohibited plants containing narcotic drugs, 12 cases of fraud, 10 cases of causing bodily harm, 4 cases of detecting drugs, 3 cases of squandering or embezzlement, 2 cases of death threats, 1 case of rape or attempted rape, robbery, burglary, tax evasion, seizure of weapons and ammunition, official forgery or official negligence, battery, illegal crossing of the state border, not stopping arbitrary seizure of land plots that are state and municipal property, forgery of documents, illegal deprivation of liberty.
1 wanted person has been detected, 3 others turned themselves in to the Police.
3 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 3 cases of theft of personal property and 1 case of car theft and running-down accident have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 12 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 13 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
