According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 71 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 3 to August 4, 4 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 12 cases of detecting drugs, 11 cases of causing bodily harm, 9 cases of fraud and illegal cultivation of forbidden plants containing drugs, 5 cases of domestic violence, 4 cases of theft of personal property and squandering or embezzlement, 2 cases of tax evasion, seizure of weapons and ammunition, illegal felling of trees, abuse of office, 1 case of deliberate destruction of property, smuggling of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, obstructing the visit of a child by a parent or other close relative, arbitrariness and forgery.
2 missing persons have been located, 2 wanted persons have been detected, 4 others turned themselves in to the Police.
4 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of causing bodily injuries and 1 case of theft of personal property and hooliganism have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 12 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 15 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
