Crime news report for the period from 28 February to 2 March 2020

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 125 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from February 28 to March 2, 14 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 30 cases of personal theft, 20 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 16 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, 11 cases of fraud, 7 cases of drug detection, 3 cases of wilful damage to property, threat, battery and domestic violence, 2 cases of burglary and abuse of power, 1 case of murder, attempted murder, robbery, illegal or false entrepreneurial activity, seizure of weapons and ammunition, illegal logging of trees, deliberate failure to comply with an emergency intervention decision or defense decision, trafficking in drugs, causing death by negligence and illegal crossing of the state border.
7 missing persons have been located, 4 wanted persons have been found, 8 others turned themselves in to the Police, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 7 cases of burglary, 5 cases of personal theft, 1 case of infliction of bodily injuries and robbery have been solved.
Over the past 3 days, 25 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 2 persons died, 32 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
