According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 107 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 26 to August 27, 7 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 35 cases of personal theft, 15 of causing bodily harm, 10 cases of fraud, 8 cases of illegal cultivation or raising of herbs prohibited for processing, containing narcotic, psychotropic or toxic substances, the circulation of which is prohibited, 6 cases of drug detection, 4 cases of smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and (or) their precursors, 3 cases of drug trafficking, 2 cases of abuse of office, official forgery or official negligence, domestic violence, 1 case of attempted murder, car theft, intentional damage to property, counterfeiting, seizure weapons and ammunition, committing unlawful acts in relation to property that has been seized or subject to confiscation, violation of labor protection rules, illegal traffic in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without the purpose of illegal traffic, illegal traffic in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances with the purpose of sale or manufacturing, self-harm and battery.
1 missing person has been located, 9 wanted persons have been detained, 9 others turned themselves in to the Police.
1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 5 cases of personal theft, 1 case of theft of state or public property and robbery have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 9 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 3 persons died, 16 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
