According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 99 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 25 to August 26, 4 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 27 cases of personal theft, 21 cases of fraud, 11 cases of drug detection, 4 cases of illegal cultivation or raising of herbs prohibited for processing, containing narcotic, psychotropic or toxic substances, the circulation of which is prohibited, 2 cases of abuse of office and domestic violence, 1 case of burglary, squandering or embezzlement, extortion, tax evasion, seizure of weapons and ammunition, bribery, failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel, Trafficking or exploitation of a child or person who is deprived of the ability to understand or control the nature and meaning of his or her act due to a mental disorder, illegal collection, storage of information about private or family life, death threats, drug trafficking, illegal deprivation of liberty, false denunciation and arbitrariness.
1 missing person has been located, 7 wanted persons have been detained, 9 others turned themselves in to the Police.
3 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of causing bodily injuries, personal theft, burglary and fraud have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 14 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 24 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
