Crime news report for the period from 20 to 23 August

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 159 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 20 to August 23, 10 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 44 cases of personal theft, 23 cases of causing bodily harm, 16 cases of drug detection, 14 cases of illegal cultivation or raising of herbs prohibited for processing, containing narcotic, psychotropic or toxic substances, the circulation of which is prohibited, 12 cases of fraud and domestic violence, 4 cases of intentional damage to property and seizure of weapons and ammunition, 3 cases of hooliganism and abuse of office, 2 cases of forgery or negligence, 1 case of robbery, robbery, theft of state or public property, extortion, cybercrime, bribery, violence against a government official, carrying edged weapons,  failure or improper performance of professional duties by persons carrying out medical care and medical care, illegal trafficking in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without the purpose of sale, damage to property through negligence and deliberate failure to comply with a decision on urgent intervention or protection decisions.
3 missing persons located, 8 wanted persons have been detained, 9 others turned themselves in to the Police.
4 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 6 cases of personal theft, 1 case of causing bodily harm, intentional damage to property, robbery and car theft have been detected.
Over the past 3 days, 44 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 64 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
