According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 72 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from February 8 to February 9, 7 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 14 cases of fraud, 12 cases of personal theft, 8 cases of causing bodily harm, 6 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement and detection of drugs, 4 cases of illegal felling of trees and domestic violence, 2 cases of sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16, 1 case of theft of state or public property, willful damage to property, human trafficking or sexual exploitation, abuse of office, public calls for violence, battery or other illegal actions, official negligence, threat to cause grievous bodily harm.
8 wanted persons have been detained.
9 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 6 cases of personal theft and burglary and 1 case of causing bodily injuries have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 8 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 8 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
