According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 70 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 5 to August 6, 5 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 14 cases of personal theft and causing bodily harm, 8 cases of drug detection, 5 cases of receiving illegal remuneration for civil servants, 3 cases of fraud and squandering or embezzlement, 2 cases of intentional damage to property, battery and tax evasion, 1 case of burglary, extortion, illegal felling of trees, bribery, abuse of office, official forgery or official negligence, obstruction of a date between a child and a parent, arbitrariness, smuggling of cash and (or) payment instruments, Illegal cultivation or raising of herbs prohibited for processing, containing narcotic, psychotropic or toxic substances, breach of labor protection rules.and forgery of a document.
1 missing person has been located, 14 wanted persons have been detained, 8 others turned themselves in to the Police.
From earlier committed crimes, 3 cases of personal theft, 1 case of burglary and attempted murder have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 14 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 18 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
