Crime news daily report

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 89 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 4 to August 5, 6 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 13 cases of drug detection, 12 cases of fraud, 11 cases of causing bodily harm, 10 cases of personal theft, 8 cases of carrying cold weapons, 6 cases of battery, 3 cases of threats of murder and hooliganism, 2 cases of robbery, illegal cultivation of herbs prohibited for processing, containing narcotic, psychotropic or toxic substances, seizure of weapons and ammunition, illegal felling of trees, 1 case of attempted rape, burglary, illegal or false entrepreneurial activity, tax evasion, abuse of office, arbitrariness, forgery of documents, failure to pay alimony and failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel.
2 missing persons have been located, 9 wanted persons have been detained, 9 others turned themselves in to the Police.
3 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 4 cases of personal theft, 2 cases of causing bodily injuries have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 14 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 18 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
