On April 16 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan visited the Police.
Welcoming the guest, Head of Police Vahe Ghazaryan recalled the police officers who fell in the 44-day war for free and independent Artsakh, for the sake of the Motherland.
The attendees A minute of silence was observed to honor the memory of the police officers fallen in the war.
By the decrees of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, a number of police officers who participated in the 44-day war were awarded medals.
On behalf of the President of Artsakh, 70 police officers who died in the name of the Motherland were posthumously awarded high state awards.
