Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to the Republic of Armenia and the Deputy Head of Mission visit the Police (VIDEO)

On Thursday, September 17 Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Lieutenant General Vladimir Gasparyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to the Republic of Armenia Mr. Gonzalo Urriolabeitia and Deputy Head of Mission Mrs. Adriana Isabel Trotta.
Welcoming the guests, Mr. Gasparyan emphasized the importance of the traditional relationship between the two countries which has considerably strengthened after Argentina's legal assessment of the Armenian Genocide and great assistance to the Genocide survivors. 
Mr. Gonzalo Urriolabeitia expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome extended to them and assured that his personal acquaintance with honest and hard-working Argentine Armenians will facilitate the acquaintance and cooperation with Armenian partners, in particular the Police.
Mr. Ambassador expressed his satisfaction with the close interaction between the Armenian Police and the Embassy of Argentina and highly assessed the professionalism of police officers.
Mr. Gasparyan spoke about the current status of police reforms and expressed hope that close partnership will be established between the police structures of the two countries with the view of exchanging experience and improving law enforcement.
During the meeting the parties also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest.
