According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 102 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from May 27 to May 29, 6 of which were previously committed crimes.
In particular, 25 cases of personal theft, 21 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 8 cases of fraud, 6 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement and battery, 4 cases of illegal felling of trees, 3 cases of theft of state or public property and death threats, 2 cases of detection of drugs, infliction of damage to property by deception or abuse of trust and trafficking in drugs, 1 case of poaching, intentional destruction of property, bribery, hooliganism, illegal deprivation of liberty, false denunciation, coercion to sexual intercourse or sexual acts, violation of copyright or related rights, torture, failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their professional duties by employees providing medical care, seizing someone else's property by using official position, and cultivating prohibited for cultivation of plants containing narcotic drugs.
8 wanted persons have been found, 9 others turned themselves in to the Police, 1 missing person has been found, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 3 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 2 cases of personal theft and 1 case of illegal felling of trees have been solved.
Over the past 2 days, 25 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 2 persons died, 36 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
