According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 74 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from April 26 to April 27, 3 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 14 cases of smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, 9 cases of personal theft and abuse of office by employees of commercial or other organizations, 7 cases of causing bodily harm and fraud, 4 cases of abuse of office, 3 cases of illegal tree felling, 2 cases of abduction, robbery, seizure of weapons and ammunition and hooliganism, 1 case of burglary, vehicle theft, intentional damage to property, detection of narcotic drugs, bribery, domestic violence, willful evasion from supporting one’s child by the parent, dissemination of information pertaining to personal or family life, commercial bribery, destruction or damage of historical and cultural monuments.
5 wanted persons have been detained; another one turned himself in to the Police.
7 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 2 cases of personal theft, 1 case of a running-down accident have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 8 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 11 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
