According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 59 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 25 to July 26, 8 of which were previously committed crimes.
In particular, 17 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 16 cases of fraud, 6 cases of drug detection, 3 cases of abuse of office, 2 cases of personal theft, battery and death threats, 1 case of rape or attempted rape, bribery, willful destruction of property, official fraud or official negligence, detection of avehicle in search, violent acts of a sexual nature, unlawful separation of a child from a parent, or substitution of a child, growing prohibited plants containing narcotic drugs, destruction or damage to cultural monuments and non-compensation for the cancellation of charter flights.
5 wanted persons have been detected, 5 others turned themselves in to the Police, 2 missing persons have been found, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 6 cases of personal theft and 2 cases of burglary have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 15 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 2 persons died, 14 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
