According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 45 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from December 21 to December 22, 3 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 15 cases of personal theft, 4 cases of causing bodily harm and fraud, 2 cases of detecting narcotic drugs, illegal felling of trees, abuse of office and domestic violence, 1 case of intentional damage to property, counterfeiting, violence against a representative of authorities, organizing and conducting a meeting in violation of law, sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16, illegal crossing of the state border, participating in a group bearing criminal subculture by a person held in a penitentiary institution, obstructing the activities of a penitentiary institution or place of detention, promoting prostitution and violation of labor protection rules.
1 wanted person has been located, 2 wanted persons have been detained, another one turned themselves in to the Police.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of running down accident and 1 case of causing bodily injuries have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 21 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 2 persons died, 31 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
