According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 63 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 15 to July 16, 7 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 18 cases of personal theft, 8 cases of drug detection, 6 cases of causing bodily harm and fraud, 2 cases of squandering or embezzlement, intentional destruction of property and domestic violence, 1 case of kidnapping, illegal or false entrepreneurial activity, seizure of weapons and ammunition, poaching, abuse of office, threat to murder, to inflict heavy damage to one’s health or to destroy property, slandering the judge concerning the trial of the case or its materials in court, battery, sale of drugs, illegal cultivation or raising of herbs prohibited for processing, containing narcotic, psychotropic or toxic substances, the circulation of which is prohibited, breach of rules for protection and use of the lithosphere.
5 wanted persons have been detained, 6 others turned themselves in to the Police.
From earlier committed crimes, 2 cases of personal theft, 1 case of attempted murder, causing bodily injuries, burglary, fraud and cybercrime have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 21 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 27 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
