According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 46 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 1 to August 2, 2 of which were previously committed crime.
In particular, 9 cases of theft of personal property, 8 cases of bodily harm, 3 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement and threat of murder, 2 cases of battery, seizure of weapons and ammunition, drug detection, abuse of power, outrageous treatment of dead bodies or burial places, illegal crossing of the state border,1 case of abduction of a person, theft of state or public property, burglary, intentional damage to property, hooliganism, illegal felling of trees, illegal acquisition, sale, storage or carrying of weapons, ammunition or explosives, detection of cold weapons, false denunciation, forgery of documents and self-harm.
3 wanted persons have been detected, 2 others turned themselves in to the Police, 3 missing persons have been found, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of personal theft and infliction of bodily injuries have been solved.

Over the past 1 day, 10 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 2 persons died, 14 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
