Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (29.01.2016-01.02.2016)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 1 case of attempted murder and 1 case of banditry have been registered in the territory of the Republic from January 29 to February 1: both were solved.
Simultaneously, 21 out of 25 registered cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 1 out of 2 cases of robbery, 9 out of 11 cases of swindling, 28 cases of theft, 2 cases of hooliganism, 1 case of intentional destruction of property and 1 case of squandering have been detected.
Over the past 3 days 20 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 1 person died, 31 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
