Operational situation in the Republic of Armenia
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 16 out of 32 cases of theft, registered in the republic, as well as 18 out of 24 cases of infliction of bodily harm and 17 cases of swindling were disclosed from September 27 to September 30.
From earlier committed crimes 6 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 5 cases of theft, 2 cases of swindling and 1 case of banditry and robbery were also solved in the mentioned period of time.
For the past 3 days 26 road accident cases were registered in the republic: 2 people deceased, 35 people got bodily harms of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
