Operational situation in the Republic of Armenia
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 13 out of 16 cases of infliction of bodily harm, registered in the territory of the Republic of Armenia from October 28 to October 29, as well as 6 cases of swindling, 1 case of illegal deforestaion, hooliganism, smuggling and robbery, 5 cases of theft were solved in the mentioned period of time.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of infliction of bodily harm, illegal deforestation, hooliganism and theft were also detected in the same period of time.
For the past day 8 road accident cases were registered in the republic: 1 person deceased, 9 people got bodily harms of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
