Operational situation in the Republic of Armenia (09.05.2014-12.05.2014)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 1 case of murder was registered in the territory of the republic from May 9 to May 12 which was immediately solved.
Meanwhile, 23 out of 29 cases of infliction of bodily damage, registered in the territory of the republic, 4 out of 5 cases of swindling, 3 out of 4 cases of hooliganism, as well as 9 cases of theft were solved during the mentioned period of time.
From earlier committed crimes 5 cases of infliction of bodily damage, 3 cases of theft and 4 cases of swindling were also detected.
Over the past 3 days 27 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 3 persons died, 46 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
