Murder in Stepanavan

At 23:50 on August 7 Stepanavan police division received a report from hospital that after receiving an emergency call an acute car departed to show medical assistance to Karen Ayvazyan, DOB 1977, but the latter was found dead.
The police task force found Karen Ayvazyan's body in front of the 1-st entrance of building 5 located in Ashotaberd quarter, Stepanavan town, with stab wounds in the region of chest.
Thanks to the operational search measures, police officers found out, that at 23:00 on the same day during a quarrel Diana Sh., DOB 1982, caused  knife wounds on Karen Ayvazyan's chest region, thus killing him.
The knife – crime instrument – has been seized.
 Criminal proceeding has been initiated under article 104, part 1 of the RA Criminal code.
Diana Sh. is arrested.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
