Police detain man wanted for evasion from facing a court trial

Slavik Kh., DOB 1972, was detained in Abovyan village of Armenia following special measures taken by officers from Artashat police division. The man had been wanted for evasion from facing court trial under the RA Criminal Code, article 137, part 1 /threat to murder, to inflict heavy damage to one’s health or to destroy property/ since April 3, 2015.
Slavik Kh. has been taken to first instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Ararat and Vayots Dzor marzes of the Republic of Armenia.
