Fatal RTA on Yerevan-Meghri highway. “VAZ-21011” runs into a roadside boulder after leaving the roadway

On Wednesday May 28 about 4 p.m. «Vaz-21011» crashed into a roadside boulder after leaving the roadway on the 12th km of Yerevan-Meghri highway. Driver Seryozha Harutyunyan, DOB 1941, died on the spot, and his passengers Svetlana Babayan, DOB 1949, and underage Alexandr Harutyunyan were hospitalized with bodily injuries.
Svetlana Babayan died without regaining consciousness shortly after being hospitalized.
Investigation is udnerway.
