Wanted man detained in Etchmiadzin

On Tuesday October 7 at 9 a.m. Martin Kh., DOB 1989, was detained in Etchmiadzin town following special measures taken by officers of Vagharshapat police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 113, part 1 /infliction of medium-gravity damage to health/ since October 6, 2014.
