Police officers detect wanted man who was hospitalized for inpatient treatment
At 19:50 on November 11 Samvel A., DOB 1970, was detained by officers of Central police division in the Cardiology division od “Saint Grigor Lusavorich” medical centre. The man was hospitalized for inpatient treatment. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 137, section 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, namely threat to murder, to inflict heavy damage to one’s health or to destroy property of big volume, provided there was real danger that this threat would be carried out, since October 26 of this year.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
