On charges of illicit traffic in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without the purpose of sale

On Wednesday, June 30 at 5:30 p.m. Samvel K., DOB 1978, was detained on Israyelyan street, Yerevan following special measures taken by officers from Qanaqer and Zeytun police division. The man had been wanted under the Republic of Armenia Criminal Code, article 268, part 1 /illicit traffic in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without the purpose of sale/ since June 30, 2015.
