Fugitive swindler detained in Zovk village

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Malatya police division along with officers of the 3rd special battalion of the Yerevan City Department of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Arsen M., DOB 1979, was detained in Zovk village of Kotayk marz. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 2, point 2 and article 178, part 3, point 1 /swindling/ since June 18, 2015.
