Fugitive swindler and thief turn themselves in
On Tuesday November 18 at 2:40 p.m. Samvel H., DOB 1990, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers of Arabkir police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, points 1 and 2 /swindling/ since November 18, 2014.

On Tuesday November 18 at 2:40 p.m. Karen S., DOB 1988, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers of Nor Nork police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2, point 3 /theft/ since November 18, 2014.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
