Drugs from a garage
On October 17, at 15:40 a wake-up call was received in Vanadzor Police department , informing that in one of the garages in Vanadzor city drugs are made and used.
The arrived operative group from the garage located on Tevosyan street, Vanadzor, detained Styopa S, born in 1972, and Artsrun Sh., born in 1978.
After the examination of the scene of the accident syringes and vessels full of liquid like a drug were found out and confiscated.
Styopa S. announced that he made drugs from those substances for injection use.
The staff found out was sent for an expertise.
An investigation is underway.
