On Thursday November 27 at 3:20 p.m. Armen O., DOB 19973, was detained in the vicinity of Bagratashen BCP following operational search measures taken by officers from Taron Division alongside their colleagues from Bagratashen subdivision of the RA Police. The man had been wanted under the Republic of Armenia Criminal Code, article 112, part 1 /intentional infliction of grave damage to health/ since October 3, 1996.
