On December 19, at 13:20, a report was received at Mashtots police division, informing that at 03:00 a.m.  Albert H., born in 1953, took a stranger from building 9 on Ghazar Parpetsi street to «Zvartnots» airport on his taxi automobile, where another stranger joined the latter and together they left for Gyumri.
At about 06:00 a.m., arriving in Gyumri, the passengers tied the driver's hands under the threat of a gun, and stole the automobile of the taxi service, and then took the driver to the 16-th quarter on another car and set him free.
