Young man wanted for kidnapping a juvenile detained at Bagratashen BCP

On Tuesday October 21 at 6:35 p.m. Karen L., DOB 1991, was detained at Bagratashen border crossing point following operational search measures taken by officers of Malatia police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 131, part 2, point 4 (kidnapping committed against a juvenile) since August 6, 2014.
