Fugitive swindler transported to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight

On Tuesday November 11 at 1:20 a.m. Vahram A., DOB 1981, was detained in Moscow, Russia, by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the RA Police and transported to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight. The detainee had been wanted by Mashtots division of the RA Police charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling/ since February 7, 2012.
