Crime news report for the period from 15 to 18 January

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 194 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from January 15 to January 18, 5 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 67 cases of violation of drug delivery rules, 37 cases of theft of personal property, 20 cases of causing bodily harm, 12 cases of fraud, 7 cases of tax evasion and domestic violence, 5 cases of illegal tree felling, 4 cases of robbery, illegal or entrepreneurial activity and detection of narcotic drugs, 3 cases of kidnapping or squandering or embezzlement, 2 cases of burglary, deliberate destruction of property, seizure of weapons and ammunition, cybercrime, 1 case of hooliganism, abuse of office, threats of murder, illegal crossing of the state border, failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel, which caused through negligence the patient’s death, sexual intercourse with a minor, and suicide.
6 wanted persons have been detained, 8 others turned themselves in to the Police.
7 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 2 cases of personal theft and burglary, 1 case of road-traffic accident have been detected.
Over the past 3 days, 25 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 41 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
