Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (16.09.2015-17.09.2015)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 12 out of 13 cases of infliction of bodily injuries registered in the territory of the Republic from September 16 September 17, as well as 5 out of 6 cases of illegal felling of trees, 9 cases of theft, 2 cases of robbery, 4 cases of swindling, 1 case of squandering and 1 case of counterfeiting have been detected.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 1 case of theft and 1 case of robbery have been solved.
Over the past 1 day 10 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 13 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
