Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (12.12.2014-15.12.2014)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 27 out of 28 casеs of infliction of bodily damage registered in the territory of the republic from December 12 to December 15, as well as 1 out of 2 cases of robbery, 8 out of 9 cases of swindling, 15 cases of theft, 1 case of smuggling, 1 case of hooliganism and 3 cases of squandering were solved.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of infliction of bodily damage with fatal outcome, 1 case of squandering, 5 cases of infliction of bodily damage, 1 case of murder, 2 cases of theft and 3 cases of swindling were solved.
Over the past 3 days 25 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 40 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
