Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (14.10.2015-15.10.2015)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 1 case of murder has been registered in the territory of the Republic from October 14 to October 15, which has immediately been solved.
Meanwhile all the 13 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 1 case of banditry, 2 cases of theft and 2 cases of squandering, 1 case of intentional destruction of property, 6 cases of swindling, 1 case of tax evasion and 1 case of smuggling have been solved.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of infliction of bodily injuries and 1 case of theft have been solved.
Over the past 1 day 14 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 1 persosn died, 14 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
