Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (11.05.2015-12.05.2015)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 11 out of 14 cases of infliction of bodily damage registered in the territory of the Republic of Armenia from May 11 to May 12, 4 out of 5 cases of swindling, as well as 4 cases of theft, 1 case of hooliganism, 2 cases of squandering, 1 case of smuggling and 1 case of counterfeiting have been detected.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of theft and 1 case of infliction of bodily damage have been solved.
Over the past 1 day 9 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 11 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
