Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (06.11.2015-09.11.2015)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 28 out of 29 cases of infliction of bodily injuries registered in the territory of the Republic from November 6 to November 9, as well as 17 cases of theft, 12 cases of swindling, 2 cases of squandering, 4 cases of hooliganism, 1 case of robbery, 1 case of extortion, 1 case of smuggling, 1 case of counterfeiting and 1 case of bribery have been detected.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of swindling, 1 case of robbery, 5 cases of theft and 5 cases of infliction of bodily injuries have been solved.
Over the past 3 days 20 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 5 persons died, 28 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
